Cons

Management is so bad, they put employees down and treat them as monkeys. One of the supervisors had many sexual harassment complaints and still there. They literally let you know when you go 1min over your break...ridiculous!

At the Wetmore plant you can earn a paycheck & get benefits

At the Wetmore plant: Horrible management. Accounting is too manual. Wish the controller would be more present & communicate more in the accounting process instead of relying on a particular employee to get the job done. Employees are friendly but dont want to assist in routine projects & want to blame the accounting department for everything. Hopefully they've cleaned up the mess in the back of the plant. You must arrive early to get a parking space. After 8:30 am, good look. With that being said I hope the Wetmore plant has made some improvements after I was laid off.

Small teams and strong team work; great holiday pay; many opportunities for overtime; variety in the workload, so every day is different, but still more or less predictable.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards, poor benefits, high workload, and high expectations; very high turnover rate; no upward mobility; few to no raises, and what raises are offered are negligible at best. If you talk to management, they brush off any concerns or suggestions.
