Benefits are not vey good. The worst part is the manager of our department. She is very mean to employees and threatens to fire people at the drop of a hat. She has a couple of women in our department physically ill from fear. It's crazy upper management allows this behavior. Any attempts to go above her are met with retaliation.

The new management does not seem to care about the staff in austin.
