they began this program in the end of may 2016. When I was hired it was to be every other week-end one Thursday and Friday every month. This has not happened, every week one has to call and email to see if they can work. Not everyone gets to work that signed up for this and it is like begging to get hours every week. They continue to hire more people when they cant keep the ones they hired in work. This creates unappy workers who were told one thing when they picked out thier hours. a Lack of new hire training with new employees create unhappy employees. Disorganized with jobs, waiting to the last minute or showing up as informed and then turned away after you get there because you weren't needed..
