Extremely rigid rules/ tedious processes to follow No Flexibility No recognition Permanent pressure from the Management No training (or a blur one) Excessive workload to deal with in a short time Every single move/ mail/ will be controlled/ monitored No breaks allowed/ no use of the cell phone Rules, rules, and rules No bonuses, no benefits, no rewards If you enjoy working non-stop and remain sat in front of your computer, all day-long without any interpersonal exchanges, then this is the right job for you.
