This has significantly reduced the company’s attractiveness as an employer. - Lack of a clear vision and long-term strategy, leading to uncertainty within teams. - Salaries significantly below market standards. - Minimal marketing presence in the EU market, making the company nearly invisible to potential clients. - High turnover of top talent: Many highly skilled employees have left due to the declining work culture and lack of growth opportunities.
