      - nice people, both among colleagues and managers - learning opportunities (courses, mentoring, etc.) and consideration for the desired career/technological path - flexible schedule - various relaxation and socializing events - well-established management tools and work environment

      Cons

      - experience varies greatly depending on the project and team - lack of well-established standards and procedures at the company level - poor management of employees between projects Depending on the person (needs, experience, professional desires), on the career side, the company can be hit or miss.

      - People working here - Nice office

      Cons

      - Aggressive cost-cutting measures affecting everything from team-building events and benefits to professional development budgets and essential hardware. This has significantly reduced the company’s attractiveness as an employer. - Lack of a clear vision and long-term strategy, leading to uncertainty within teams. - Salaries significantly below market standards. - Minimal marketing presence in the EU market, making the company nearly invisible to potential clients. - High turnover of top talent: Many highly skilled employees have left due to the declining work culture and lack of growth opportunities.
