Pros

5 Days working. Almost fix Saturdays and Sundays off, but not always. Salary on time. Subsidised food.

Cons

Company of option-less, creepy, and opportunist people. Company provides stability to those who are boot lickers and who can survive politics. LALA Type Company. Run by bunch of people who spent their 10-15 or more years in it. Those are stable employees but Hire & Fire applies on lower level people. Can be fired anytime especially when you are on bench. Project based immediate hiring and so comes firing when project slips away (which is quite common) or get completed. They have short term projects mostly. You can't stay comfortable all your journey. Fear of getting fired always be there. Most of the higher management people are ineligible and old fashioned on their work. If you are on growing up stage in your career they will distroy your career choices. You will have to work as per given assignment and technology associated with it. If you could adapt you'll might extend your survival for few more months or days. If you are a developer you might have to convert your skills to other technologies. If you are a designer, you don't actually exist your skills are almost negligible. You'll be known as Html guy only, bug fixer and someone who doesn't do much. They will completely distroy your identity. Managers won't appreciate your work anytime during your survival period. You'll be just a victim of blood suckers and fart makers. At the time of interview /joining they will give you what is your expected salary is without questioning it. But later you'll feel that why you joined such organisation at the first place. HR system is poor, delayed and feeble people who hardly response back on your problems you face. They just keep busy hiring and firing. Poor infrastructure. People even died in organisation because of management carelessness. They try to show up like a well established and cultured people but actually they are not. Poor software quality production. I never worked on any software which can be demonstrated. ------------------------------------- I worked there understood people and experienced lots of things which I am able to share with you to understand their system well. If you have been Interviewed there or joining them this review can be helpful making decision.

Pros

hmm let me think....... - They will give you whatever package you will ask for and fire you immediately in case they don't need you or lost the project. So no Job Security. - Nice coffee wending machines in the company. - Tight security. It looks like you are entering in a Army Area where everywhere are cameras and you cannot go out without your manager watching you.

Cons

1. No work culture. Managers here might have joined the company within 10 days of its opening and employer had to promote them due to 50 years of serving duration. They are the ones who doesn't know how to behave with an engineer. All they know is to keep pressurizing their subordinates to complete a three months task in 1 week. Otherwise they will threat you with their job. 2. Sir/Madam culture. You cannot call you immediate superior by their name. They feel offended. You have to call them Sir.!!!!. 3. If you know how to butter your seniors then this place is heaven for you. For butternuts, this is the best place. 4. Laptop is a luxury in the company. Even project managers have PCs. In case you have to attend a call at 11 PM night, you have to stay in the company. Laptops are only to be given to VP or above. 5. Office campus is like a fortress. They have metro shutters installed at the entry door. You cannot pass unless you punch your card. It means the moment you come out of the campus for tea break they stop the clock and your break time is deducted from your office time. 6. Its a 9 hours jail. They track your every move in the company. Like when you have entered on your floor, when you have opened your PC, when you locked it, what is your floor time, what is your campus time, what is your loo time... almost everything. Its like you are in Jail or something. 7. Hire and fire policy. They do not respect employees. The moment they feel your are free or on bench, they will fire you. Its a normal scene in the company. The worst part at the time of firing they will give you an offer : "If you want salary of three months, then they will give you Termination letter, else if you want relieving then take the letter and walk away and they will not give you salary". This is true. 8. HR pressurizes all the bench employees to give good ratings to the company otherwise they will fire you. Now you can easily imagine how this company got this rating???? My suggestion to all new joiners is "Think again. Its better to remain at home and search for another company then joining this one". 90% of the employees are frustrated.
