      Salary on time, otherwise nothing as such

      1. They do not have any policy which is employee friendly. 2. When you contact someone for any information they will not reply. 3. They hire people by giving high package and will fire once project is completed. 4. No professionalism . 5. They hire members for project and will fire in a month by just saying they do not have project. 6. They even hire guys from bangalore and once member relocate by just seing high package and they can fire that guy as well if they do not have projects. 7. All the Employees working here living in fear to get fired. 8. Reviews which are positive given by their own management to improve the rating of the company otherwise they would have got 1 rating overall. 9. Please do not join this company even if you are jobless. 10. Worst HR in the company full haressment.

      Good salary. Health insurance for employee.

      If you have good offer from Rsystem and you wanna Join. Do not join. Good offer is just a trap. If you will Join R system these thing happen with you :- 1) No work life balance. 2) Management having no work that's why they are driving company like a school. 3) They will choose people from outside for H1B nomination. But they are not considering thier own employee. 4) you will be having your leaves but you will not be able to take it. 5) If you will join the company you will always have fear to loss your Job beacuse R system having hiring and firing policy. 6) Not for long term career.

      Good Salary, fix components Good Location, which is best for Noida and Ghaziabad people Good Work

      Cons

      Not Employee friendly. they give you 35 leaves on documents but your manager says that you can get get just 10 leaves in a year and rest of the leaves will get lapsed.. if you are late by 30 mins then expect half day deduction in your salary. No work from home hire and fire policy
