      Pros

      I don't see anything that I can tell you as pro. At the time of interview, they will make you feel like they will utilize most of your skills and they have abundance of work.

      Cons

      Dictator management with practicing uncivilized language. Employees are though to be a slave whom they don't respect. They plan for the employees who don't have buttering skills and fire while giving choices: - Send a resignation letter - Or they will give you a termination letter They don't think for the employees who are on bench and fire within 2 -3 weeks. They monitor all your activities like you are in big boss's house. There are numbers of cons which are already mentioned by others are very true.

      No pros founded here.Fake reviews and it is PCMM level5 company only for name.

      Cons

      Hire and Fire. Leaking roofs and toilet. Poor and torturing management. Girls have to think twice before joining. They will monitor your system all the time. Your time is track and floor time also and if it is less you will be insulted in front of whole team. Long stretching work hours and even call you on weekends. No HR fair policy towards employee. You cannot leave rsystems if you want before 3 months and they have right to fire you without giving any salary.

      "Technology is good" " ok ok kind of company, I wont recommend any of my known person to this organization"

      Cons

      "Hire and fire if no project then you can look for the change" "have to manage own work life balance" "Hr policies are not upto the mark" "No work-life balance, I felt that Management seeks for Machines who can work 24/7" "If you have 2 offer then go for the other " "micro management are there"
