      It is harassment Systems as Blackstone took over this. Average working hours more than 12 hours. Pathetic work environment. Earlier it was lala company but now it becomes east india company run by Indians. Narcissist CEO and gang humiliate in every call irrespective whatever you do. Nigative environment. Only focusing on false narrative so that they can sell this company

      Pros

      Provides amazing exposure especially to the young recruits as they get to interact with clients directly within few months. Flat hierarchy : Which makes every one easily approachable, if you have any suggestions or new ideas which you think can help in enhancing the company's ecosystem you can always directly reach out to the leadership team of the company. Freedom to explore different domains within the company. If you think that you are better in sales or marketing or in company building activities than compared to decision sciences then you can definitely work in such areas within the company. Opportunity to work with best minds. This place provides a chance to work and interact with the most dynamic and talented colleagues.

      Pay-scale : As compared to other companies of this sector the remuneration is less but since the USP of this company is learning opportunity, i think it is manageable
