Terrible management. Performance review metrics changed constantly, and after 8 months, some employees were finally given a $0.09 / hour raise if their performance was satisfactory... however that was defined at the moment.
Employees were given little feedback or training beyond the initial weeks of 2am training sessions. Uncompetitive pay and poor experiences lead to high turnover on many teams.
The relationship with the client seemed strained and communication between support tiers struggled.
The building is dirty, and benefits are abysmal or non-existent. No paid training or tuition assistance, or realistic IRAs (Only 3 people in the building qualified for the 10-year vesting schedule). Only "benefits" offered were those that the benefited the company, like pre-paid legal scams.
