      Worst Company and Culture I have ever worked with

      Salary part is gud. Appraisal is gud

      Cons

      Worst culture, worst management. controlled by a single man who don't care about the employee friendly environment. If you are on phone outside the premises directly CEO will call you and ask you are you giving interviews. If you are out office more than an hour in a day. You will get email from HR with CC to your RM and VP. If you come late after 3 exemption in a month your half day salary will be deducted and you will get mail from HR with CC to your manager and VP. If you get some good reviews on glassdor for RSystem then remember the free time job for HR and RMG dept resources is to create fake profiles and write nice reviews about the company.

      There is nothing good to talk about the company.. Join this company only if you don't have any job.

      Cons

      All reviews giving five star ratings are fake. Infact no one is happy to work in the company. No Projects, Just hire and fire policy. They track your time (floor time, effective office time, overall time) and keep on sending mails to warn you if you even go out of your floor area The management is worst, there is a lot of politics. Even the architects working here have poor technical knowledge

      1) you will get salary on time

      Cons

      1) they hire employees even if they don't know the client Is sticking to them 2) you will be thrown out of the company if the project went on hold. 3) ruining careers of employees 4) hire n fire policy 5) management doesn't respond if you are on the bench 6) while joining Hrs give false promises 7) 1 month bench policy, don't get fooled if HR says 6 months
