      Pros

      I worked with R Systems for 5 years and I think I was lucky enough to get one of the biggest account. If you want to learn then this is the best place. Specifically for mid or junior level employees. No variable and annual appraisal is one of the best in industry

      Cons

      Higher management is not keen enough to expand their business . Very few big accounts. Zero bench policy. Very few folks survive for more than 10 days without a project

      I did;t find anything good except salary on time.

      Cons

      Management is sarcastic, all reviews are paid. They will make hell of your life, rotational shift no life balance, only a butter can survive.
