      They Fire people dont think whether girl or boy management is very poor here. timing is an main issue they dont think calling a girl late night for wrk manager are very poor , also they put reviews on glassdor by themselves so that people come and join them . no carrer here ... Please dont join good salary matters wih alsp with good stability ..

      To be frank this is an organization that most join by accident. The recruitment ppl create such wonderful stories around positions that engineers get trapped. Only when they enter the organization they realize what a mess they are in. Today engineers in the industry who receive calls from this company know this and refuse immediately. this is amongst few companies that everyone avoids.

      Cons

      The CTO is the central character here. He is sweet but very unprofessional. I was forced to write positive reviews about the company before I left the company. They said that the CTO wants it otherwise he will not relive me easily. Some of the engineers in other teams also faced same problem. It was painful to write positive reviews when nothing was there. If you somehow enter this company try not to be part of some teams. Avoid healthcare and mobility. There is lot of groupism and chamchagiri here. The bosses like it and CTO loves the environment. If you show too much enthusiasm they will put you under dumb managers who will be relatives of someone at the top or a relative of CTO and you can do nothing. The moment you point an issue or give suggestion you will be sent to bench or shared with the healthcare guy who will torture you. This guy is shady and so incompetent.
