Pros

1) Good for local people to settle in near home place in average rated company. 2) People are very friendly except few senior managers that let you work like labours.

Cons

1) manager receive great rewards. For example if they complete 6 month project in 4 months. As a result, developer have worse time to work harder even in Weekends too. 2) no provision to change projects. If one project complete under one project manager, they will fire you rather then switching your project. They don't keep you long on bench. Only your project manager can save you leaving this company. 3) recently heard by my friend that, new hr policy enforce you to obey full 3 month notice period before they release you.

Pros

Pros completely depends on the project you are working on and whether you are billable or not.

Cons

If you are not billable or on bench then management won't give you much time to get a new job. It could 1 day notice or 1 week of notice to leave.

Pros

If you are a fresher then you can start in this company (but remember to move on within 1 yrs or your career is damaged).

Cons

The engineering team is unpredictable. you will not understasnd what will happen with you next moment. Chief Technology Officer is advising resources to be dumped when projects gets over. They earn so much from engineers but dump them badly when projects are over. Most projects are small size and managed by ppl close to the cto and his gangs. if you want to survive you will have to understand that the vice presidents want you to lick their boots...act like slaves.customer should know this reality and so not many projects coming thesedays there is access control...every minute you are tracked. you feel like working in some prison. this is reason that employees don't trust anyone. the work is also shabby becos of so much tension. they now putting big branding efforts for attract resources but don't be misled. it is a trap to spoils your life and careers.
