      It's been 3 years with R System and i am enjoying my work, culture here. Company has given me opportunity to grow for different domain experience.

      As i have worked with 2 more companies in past and if i compare with them then R System has no cons.

      Here the employees actually do mean the words, ‘Great Midwestern Values,’ which means being there for family”. Provides a healthy environment to work with.

      It's only you get your salary on 1 of every month.

      Cons

      No pros i have seen working for 2 years .They just hire people with out any thought process if you are more smarter then your reporting boss then you are done big time. Some people are sitting on such position who know nothg about industry how they strategy functions ,they just know how to make the seniors *** happy .The worst part is they even can speak proper English in front of their clients but they are sitting onsite by , playing politics and back strapping about other people. Not trust worthy people their no policies , No work ethics ,No Proper PC's to work .
