Cons

Toxic work environment, Threat to get. Fear syndrome for losing a job all the time. Double dip in projects. Poor CEO behavior.

Don't Join For Family Sake

Pros

Very Common like 5 days and salary on time.

Cons

- Hire & Fire - They hiring candidates before the project confirmation and later on joined person will moved to bench and fire. - If project completed and your package is hire then person would be fired. - Employee can't get leaves even you are eligible or have balance in account. - Manager telling on the face, for good appraisal you have to work in his other projects and tasks along with assigned project. - You will wondering they force recruiter to complete 90 days notice. Which kind of KT required by those poor Recruiter or HR. ADVICE: If you are in basket case then join here.

Hire and fire poor leadership skills

Pros

Employees are humiliated. They are master in eating your account especially the guys sitting in US. There is extreme nepotism only relitives survive here. Joining here was the biggest mistake of my career. All the sales employees have been forced to resign. The management does nothing when a female employee is harrased. You will be tortured here. The top employees were forced to resign. HIRE And Fire is what they follow the management has poor skills to convert sales lead especially the guys sitting in US are extremely poor. They are nepo kids

Cons

Do not join save your career. They won't even give you your incentive. You will be made a scrapegoat here
