They take work like anything. Sir policy is the worst policy . Manager thinks they are boss of the company and treat you like workers. For leaves also you have to ask permission and PM will mostly rejects it They will call even on Saturdays for full time and don't give any comp off It's manadatory to sit 8 hours on you seat and complete total of 9 hrs. Even washroom access is limited and they deduct time for that.. It's strict time following means if your shift is 9.30 you have to reach at that time only otherwise your half day salary will get deducted no matter how long the employee stays in company
