Good learning but no job security

Pros

Ask any amount/package and they will be ready to pay, good learning, inhouse trainer of latest technology so that employees can be up scaled time to time, good appraisal of minimum 10% , good management and amazing HR and recruitment team.

Cons

Biggest drawback in working at Rsystems is JOB SECURITY. If rsystems does not have project, it will put you on bench. Rsystems does not believe in maintaining bench strength . if you r on bench then you only have 30 days before they kick you out. So, no matters how skilled you are, your job is not safe.

You need to be good at lying. Thats all you need to fool potential new employees, clients, US embassy, the government, faking CMMI level 5 standards, etc. The list goes on.

Cons

This is not the company that it used to be 5 years back. If you havent joined then dont join it. If you have joined, leave it immediately as it will impact your career.

Fixed Timings..Less Workload..Depends on your manager how much time you can survive

Cons

Less hikes...people here are from years..so it too tough for a new guy to enter the core team even you are better than them..HR never listen to you if you are against some old employee
