Highly unstable company which don't know why they are hiring

Good in hand salary because they are no variables
Cons
Not Stable. Hire and Fire only. They are on hiring spree. When R systems hired me the they told me that they have 30 plus project coming so there are plenty of opportunities. But after 3 months in the company I come to know that their old project are going and no new projects are coming. This hiring is all scam. They don't have anything in hand. And the irony is that they are still hiring, they even made me take some interviews for the same profile as mine. but they don't have project for me I don't know how they are gonna give project to new guys. So anyone who is going to join R systems please do not join this company. I left my stable job for this scam company and now i am sitting at home jobless.
