Pros

Almost none. Hardworking people, for the most part, work together to get the job done.

Cons

I would advise everyone to take the previous reviews into consideration before accepting a job at this company. Culture is bad and management treats the employees as if they are nothing. The pay scale is miles off what people in the same line of work should be paid. For the rest of us who actually work for our positions, we are paid slave wages.

My colleagues were diligent, smart, and patient.

Cons

Management expects employees to have loyalty but are treated terribly. We're constantly being lied to, manipulated, and abuse. The way they make us work schedule deadlines were brutal. All I've experienced from management was terrible!

Poor team management. Unorganized workflow. Terrible leadership. These are only a few things I dislike about the company. That's not even mentioning the stress from work and individual attitude of the managers.
