Pros

Good place to get initial certifications and training if you are new to the industry. Some of the project work is interesting and the equipment is generally well maintained.

Cons

Management is incredibly rigid when it comes to scheduling. They have a specific mold for technicians - if you don't fit that mold of high overtime and constant field availability there is no place for you. Even if you offer to handle high-liability specialist work that adds value to the company, they would rather let you go than show any flexibility with the schedule. It is disappointing to see a company choose their old business model over retaining skilled talent.

Pros

Great benefits, great snacks, lots of opportunity for professional development, fun workplace culture, management transparency. I genuinely look forward to going to work and I enjoy working with all disciplines at R&M. They just raised their contributions to 401K’s and have improved other benefits. The marketing staff is always providing fun opportunity’s for volunteering and giving back to the community.

Cons

Nothing to report… what cons?
