Insurance is expensive for the family plan, no work/life balance, too many RIFs, upper leadership is a joke.

Unlimited PTO was the only good thing.

Cons

You are just a number. They shake things up and restructure or rebrand yearly. They are too cheap to give people tools they need to do their jobs. We had to share logins because they wouldn’t pay for enough licenses! Turnover is so high it’s hard to believe. So many layers of management. You have more managers than skilled workers. Manger to manage a manager and so on. Was a horrid experience and would never recommend anyone work here. Lots of shady practices.

Remote work, decent benefits, decent pay. No shortage of work.

Cons

They say all of the right things. They act like they care. They do surveys constantly and "worry" about how the job is for you. Upper level management is good. Lower level supervisors...not so much.
