Every type of "ism" you can name. Sexist and racist comments daily, all in front of management. Stay the hell away.

None. These people do not know what they are doing.

Cons

Management is top heavy and there is no clear delineation of who does what. Little or no communication with employees which creates a lot of confusion and inabilty to carry out work. Outsource most of the work overseas. Questionable work ethics.

Flexibility was decent and now they are asking for schedules that has to be adhered.

Cons

Change of flexibility of schedule, pushes for speed but quickly calls for inaccuracies..Harder to maintain productivity due to worklow and new "formula" for getting credit completing charts.
