The company often outsources to teams in India with little to no notice and leaves you constantly feeling like you could be laid off at any point. Pay is extremely low.

Working remote and flexible schedule

Cons

Communication is horrible. Management has no idea what is going on. Unreasonable productivity. Only interested in how many jobs they can send to India. Health insurance is out the roof. Run as far away from this company as fast as you can.
