Pros

Dedicated, team members. Willing to do whatever is needed to do it right.

Cons

This is a software as a service company regardless of how they want to brand themselves. They have a large contingent of very dedicated employees but the company lacks true vision and direction. New CEO has been listening to the yes men and thinks he has world class software and infrastructure! JUST THE OPPOSITE. Software offerings need rebuilding from the ground up using standard processes. The disconnect between US and India teams only adds to the lack of focused direction.

Accretive Health is growing like crazy. We have a great management team and an awesome vision for where we're headed.

Cons

Being that we're in the growth stage, there's a lot of change. I find change motivating but it's not for everyone.
