awesome co-workers make the long work day tolerable

Cons

Long hours, required to use personal cellphone for drivers, on-call with no extra pay, 5 vacation days first year and 10 after that

Use of your personal cell phone and being on-call is minimal. Our night dispatch team is available every day to mitigate after hour calls.

Fast paced environment and opportunity for promotions as long as you are willing to work for it. Salary is fair. Would recommend this company.

Cons

If you are not ready to commit to the work each day it is not for you.

Pros

Good insurance benefits. Friday happy hour. Pretty much all the gimmick stuff in the other reviews.

Cons

Poor training, very poor managers, and call center like work environment in the back office.

R2 Logistics Response

Initial training is done at the branch level by the branch manager and a member of staff. Our corporate trainer is also available for any additional training. Expectations are communicated during quarterly reviews by branch managers. Executive staff also discuss expectations in our monthly newsletter and the CEO shares his input on a quarterly basis in his letter to all R2 employees.
