Fast paced competitive work environment. family-like colleagues/ culture.

Cons

Over worked, under-paid. No real Work-Life balance. Minimal structure as far as training. zero room for upward mobility.

Pros

Fun. You can even drink at work without getting in trouble!

Cons

Way to many to list. Degenerate management team who don't appreciate or reward their employees. No formal training. Absurd hours for the horrible pay.
