      Pros

      It's really simple - work hard, get rewarded. R2 has designed a culture that gives the employee every opportunity to succeed. When hard work yields positive results, employees are rewarded on all levels of the company. Whether it's public recognition for landing a new account, customer service rep of the month, or the semi-annual winner's dinner, R2 gives back what the employee puts in.

      Cons

      I would capitalize on continued education if it were offered.

      Can be enjoyable in the right office some managers are very nice and willing to help Sporting events Free coffee

      Cons

      Hours constantly change People in the industry are the lowest of low No compensation for overtime Managers keep you out of the loop Abusive management style No training Managers don't know what the hell they're doing and rarely work Extremely high turnover

      Pros

      This company will reward for hard work and dedication!!! They've been very good to me, and I know from personal experience that they'll be good to those who are willing to put in hard work and dedication. You won't get handouts, so if your aren't willing to work for your money this isn't a good fit for you... But if you are, the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      Don't work here if you aren't willing to put in time and effort, it won't be a good fit for you, and you won't last long.
