Great experience relaxed environment. Office job without the "office culture." You get to get in on many different aspects of the business.

I have really bad anxiety that, of course, makes starting a new job even more difficult than it is typically. Despite that, the other employees have made it so easy to feel comfortable and adjust. Even though everyone is super busy, they have not rushed me into my position in the slightest and are making sure I am feeling confident in every step of my training. I suppose my branch is "understaffed" since I have heard a few comments about it, but they keep it together so well I don't think you would know it looking as an outsider (I know I didn't). I have also gained a lot of respect for the Branch Manager, who is always asking the employees what they need; he is always out on the floor working to give everyone a hand and lessen their load/stress. The team handles the high volume of calls and workload so well and consistently help each other out. It creates a really positive environment and an air of camaraderie.
