      247 nature of business means pace can be full on (very reactive to the challenges) Complex organisation with lots of moving parts Requirement at times to 'roll sleeves up' (although this can be a pro!)

      The business can at times be very reactive (due to nature of breakdown work) and workload can change suddenly. Below inflation / minimal pay rise for several years
