      Pros

      I have personally progressed from starting as an admin within the team to a team manager. The support has been great and it's good to have personal experience in the development opportunities here, as it's something we do shout about. Not only are there options to progress within current roles, a lot of people also move around the company as well into other departments developing skills and experience. As many other reviews have said, its the people that make RAC a great place to work.

      Cons

      It's fast paced and can be challenging at times, but you get the satisfaction of a job well done at the end.

      Pros

      Brilliant people, strong appetite for growth, with good communication from the top. Great to work for such a prestigious well known brand with a very clear strategy

      Cons

      Sometimes looking to grow/pivot to new initiatives quickly with lots of concurrent change, However, I do understand the approach, just sometimes challenging to cover multiple areas thoroughly at once

      Flexible, Supportive, Family Orientated & Progressing. Incredibly proud to work for this company and witness the effort of so many wonderful, intelligent human beings, who are so desperate to do a good job and provide excellent customer service. My role/s throughout the business have contributed to my own growth and development, professionally as well as personally.

      Cons

      None to mention. May not always get everything right, but feedback is valued and you can found yourself heard, irrespective of colleague you are speaking with, this including senior colleagues.
