Pros

Leadership team are supportive and will help wherever possible but without spoon feeding. Able to control workload and manage a team effectively without condescension.

Cons

Maternity pay is minimum and can be a blow to colleagues and cause stress in what should be an exciting time. Car park can get busy - roadside parking limited if full. Canteen is restricted to daytime hours despite being 24/7 business.

Company is focused on growth Entered into share scheme that will pay out if company sells Pay is above market average

Cons

A lot of cutting of middle/lower management adding pressure to everyone's workload 'Senior' positions offered with little reward for the opportunity Parking is difficult due to the number of patrol vans on site that are not in use

A sense of achievement after a long and challenging day, dealing with customers in need at the roadside, getting them home and safe, it feels great to be doing something so worthwhile. There is a great team spirit here.

Call Centre hours, often missing important milestones with family
