      Pros

      Friendly place to work, good colleagues fast paced calls coming in all the time, helping people in trouble. Having rota that covers a full 12 months have to be flexible as levels can change

      procedure/rules can change very quickly sometime within hours, floating holiday are hit and miss if not given does not always understand why turned down

A collaborative work environment emphasises the need to work together and share information to achieve success, as well as maximize employee knowledge and ideas. There is ongoing celebration of employee success and regular recognition for going above and beyond with the RAC hero awards.

      Cons

      Whilst the pay is fair as the workload is considerable, the benefits are improving, however, there are areas that could be improved, mainly the maternity / paternity leave, health care and wider package could benefit from a review.
