      Pros

      Useful for legal experience and to gain confidence in your legal knowledge. Free coffee and cake here and there.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Very stressful as they monitor your calls and every minute of your time - how long your calls last, how long you put them on hold and how long your personal time is (e.g. bathroom time).

      Pros

      Can earn good money if your willing to sell your soul

      Cons

      Have to push smr like your life depends on it. Get calls from management if you do hit your “quota” it’s all the company care about as apparently the ceo has invested his own money in it. So us patrols have to make it work for his benefit

      A company that cares more about profit than customers and employees

      Pros

      Start and finish from home, always traveling around, sometimes get to finish at good times.

      Cons

      shift patterns moved to more consistently late finish, no appreciation of work done, salary not inline with industry standard considering the extra dangers of the job. stupid KPI's that make people not fix cars properly, glorify work times to make bonnet slammers look like good technicians. poor quality of equipment on the van. High up management with no experience of working on the ground.
