Unrealistic KPI and senior management lack of training on dispatchers.

Poor communication with management and colleagues Friendship circles of people and management School like treatment- can't sit next to certain people or be caught walking anywhere without being questioned and told to move back when management do the same thing and get no penalty Cant eat food at desk but management are allowed to and rub it in your face Lack of resources to do your job such as no second monitor when being advised it will benefit the business and help you do your job more efficiently Overworked and underpaid- doing the job of two roles breaching my contract and continuing once being told and made aware its effecting my work Promised progression to new areas of the business but was not the case Lied about the job spec and was doing ADHOC work for most of my employment
