Pros

Working in this call centre has been a fantastic experience. The team environment is incredibly supportive, and our managers ensure we’re always learning and rotating tasks so the work never feels repetitive. SMR provides thorough training and only puts you on calls when you're truly ready, which builds real confidence. Senior managers are actively engaged and always celebrating our wins—buffet parties included! One of the best perks is the full breakdown cover for me and four others, which shows how much the company cares beyond the workplace. A huge thank-you to Rebekah Parry - my line manager, who has played the biggest role in helping me develop. Her guidance and support have made all the difference. And of course, thanks to Jai and all my amazing colleagues who are always ready to help. I’m proud to be part of such a positive and encouraging team.

SMR could have better overtime rates and more annual leave days
