Pros

Rac is never stagnant but always visionaries, taking a leap of faith in all they do by trying new things to keep the company ahead of the motoring game

Cons

The uniform that we used to wear with pride seems to be no longer one of the centre points, in fact, now you have to spot the uniform.

Pros

To be able to move internally to different departments and learning different areas of the business. To be able to enrol for apprenticeships and learn alongside working. Flexibility, working days/hours.

Underpaid and pushed too hard

Pros

Every day is different, given your own van.

Cons

Underpaid. Pushed so hard to meet KPIs that members often don’t get the correct service. Unsociable hours, constantly phoned by resourcing asking for more hours. Spend more of the day battling with the office to try and get the member the level of service they actually deserve.

We know that working in a customer-demand driven environment can be intense, and we’re sorry to hear that the pressure around KPIs and scheduling has impacted your experience.
