Our teams put a lot of effort into making sure we offer strong financial, wellbeing, and lifestyle perks to help everyone thrive, so it’s lovely to see that recognised. That said, we’re a bit concerned to hear you’re working long hours without breaks. That’s definitely not how things should be. Taking regular breaks is really important — not just for your wellbeing, but for staying productive too. Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and develop skills in different business areas. I joined as a call centre agent with no IT or Business Change experience, but have done several professional qualifications (UAT, ITIL, BA) under the RAC training schemes. Great supportive colleagues Friendly enjoyable atmosphere Flexible

Cons

Things can get a bit hectic working for a dynamic business always looking to push forward, often competing priorities and being pulled in multiple directions. Expectations can sometime be a bit unrealistic
