      Pros

      Have worked for RAC direct sales for 6 months and the training and on going support is the best i have known in my career. The earning potential is great, along with choosing your own days, hours and venues.

      Cons

      Resilience is required as its not for everyone as you do work outside, however if your confident in your sales ability, love talking to people and want to earn then this is the role for you

      Restrictive and dated management methods

      Acceptable money for similar roles within the area.

      Cons

      Poor working atmosphere with very little team spirit or talent across the company. Incompetent and unqualified lower management in abundance. Higher level managers change too frequently and seemingly have no impact or awareness of the business. Departments working in conflict rather than unison. Integrity is no longer a core value.

      Propositions are poor. Promotional activity ad hoc and rushed. Don't understand customer needs in an evolving market place. Don't listen to customers.
