      Pros

      Everyone works as a team to carry out all outstanding tasks and we all help eachother when needed , the team managers make it a comfortable work space and make it an enjoyable time to work

      Cons

      The hours of work are a bit much I feel like we should have more of a say it what flexibility we have for the hours as working late until 10:00 is too much and I have voiced this concern too

      Pros

      Good support and benefits, when needed the business is there for you, great opportunities for progression if you put yourself out there, the harder you work the opportunity to earn more is there.

      Cons

      Different departments can run differently to others and you can be overlooked/forgotten about. Can be long shifts depending on where you work.
