Pros

Fast paced, but never to the point where you end up needing to do long hours. Rewards are frequently reviewed and benchmarked vs the market. Fairly distributed based on performance. Flexible work hours providing you get your work done

Cons

Bristol office gets too hot in summer Some of the corporate talk wider group updates can be cringe. You get used to it though

really supportive environment, everyone is so welcoming and can't do enough to help you. I get the feeling that everyone is driving towards a common goal which is really nice and makes you want to grow and progress with the team

Pros

Start and finish at home, no commute. Lone working. Making a difference to someone’s day. Hero culture. Great overtime, OTE more than achievable. Occasional extended rest day periods 4+ days without holiday.

Long hours Poor basic salary Single days off Bank holiday working
