Good food, good work environment, decently clean

Cons

Was put into only on call shifts once the busy season was over without any notice. Some of the upper managers did not have good communication.

Cool building. Cool brewery set up. Great event center right next door.

Cons

Broken and inadequet equipment. I stirred large pots with 3rd pan lids because they didn't have adequate utensils for large batches of food. Dirty kitchen and an overall toxic environment where management and every down from there just didn't care.
