      Pros

      Opportunity to move up is not frequent but when the opportunity comes it is very easy to do so.

      Cons

      Pressure to work quickly rather than correctly. Managers use fear to instill structure. Discount on food is minimal to none depending.

      Pros

      The money is good during football season and they were able to accommodate my college schedule with work. The bar staff became my second family.

      Cons

      DISJOINTED TEAM! Always out of something (coasters, to-go boxes, straws, napkins, etc...), management doesn't listen, customers can cross the line (that's always fun..)...
