Easy to move up but that's because they can't keep people because of how they treat their employees

Cons

They absolutely do not care about quality of life for their employees.

A good experience for a first job, but not a good position.

The staff was somewhat of a crew.

Cons

There is a massive marijuana problem among the staff. Some of the coworkers are heavily corrupt with their powers (A certain manager at the Boise branch), and the pay is tiny for the amount of work on certain days (The tips do not make the gap fair). There are no free meals of any kind, you can't even get fountain drinks for free, and the food is discounted at a 50% off deal (which doesn't help much with the overpriced menu of the RAM).

Upper Management like to take shortcuts with hiring more people. Managers seems to be overworked and don’t get paid well.
