I've worked for the Ram for many years, and the most enjoyable part of the job was the team I worked with as well as the guests.

Cons

Upper management and "corporate" were blatant with their lack of concern for their team members on the floor level. They make it painfully obvious that the team members are nothing more than dollar signs and numbers.
