Pros

Decent fun environment to work in. Managers were nice. Easy interview, nothing special.

Cons

Servers didn't tend to tip out much. Other than that, pretty nice place to work.

Pros

Their food is good. I don't really know of any other pros. I could tell you about. They seemed really nice at first.

Cons

I've been a server and a bartender before, so I thought getting through their training would be a breeze. Not only were their servers who were training me unprofessional but they were untruthful about my performance and did not show me all the processes of the restaurant. The manager on duty was also untruthful about about me being slow about things saying it took me 3 hours to get through the menu class when she did 2 menu classes back to back because the GM did not put the 2nd one on my training schedule and she was not sure what she had ordered for me to sample. It was confusing because other servers kept coming up to eat the food. Then while I was training on the floor the server I was following kept saying the F work and used her bare hand to put fruit garnishes on the drinks. She did not use trays to deliver many of the drinks. Then that day I was still to follow but she ended up giving me tables to do on my own which was fine because I have served before but they have a very extensive menu and I have not practiced putting in the sample orders so I was slow putting orders in. It was all very unfair. I came in today and the GM who had not seen me work at all said he was letting me go because I was slow. If this is the way all the RAM and Potts are ran then it is just all politics. They just take in people they like.

Pros

Clientele tips well. Decently fun atmosphere

Cons

Management insists you don't clock in until you get your first table, not when you are scheduled to work, so you end up not getting paid for time you're there (I always clocked in anyways and argued with them), did not like coworkers
