      Pros

      Great team of people to work with; the management team is great; scheduling is reliable; the money and regulars are awesome.

      Cons

      Parking for employees at Kent Station is not optimal but that is not the Ram's fault.

      Pros

      -usually easy to request days off and have them be accepted -love the management team - all four work well together and treat employees with respect -great staff! employees are very willing to pick up shifts

      Cons

      -all shifts are usually random unless you are a select few who have been with the ram since opening -hard to work full-time with the large amount of servers on the roster

      Pros

      Its busy never boring. Always trying something different. Is now partially team member owned. Structured without being hardcore corporate. Great food and craft beer.

      Cons

      Long hours. Sub par benefits. Very hard to acheive bonuses. No set structure to move to a more lucrative store. Salary seems to be capped.
