Management could be better in some areas

-hostile work environment,and you may get denied reasonable accomodations such as schedule changes at this specific location. -no training. I had to sign a paper saying that I saw my manager train me after cutting my hand open even though I was in fact not trained, with the knives. -front house managers partaking in gossip of the employees and making the environment very uncomfortable - I received threats from coworkers in front of higher up. My higher up literally laughed. Over all a terrible experience but I was very young and didn't know how to set boundaries or properly respond to harassment in the work place.
