- Flexible schedule - good work/life balance - Decent tips - Opportunity for growth in supervising

Cons

- Very poor management structure - No employee perks or benefits - Lack of training and preparedness for new staff - Poor sanitation - I worked for the Ram for many years and their manager turnover rate was through the roof. This is a clear reflection of how disorganized upper management was.
